PRE-SHOW COCKTAIL EVENT CO-HOSTED BY SERHANT, SMASHBOX COSMETICS, AND FASHION WEEK ONLINE
New York’s elite came out in droves for the building debut of 100 Vandam, a chic new condo development in Hudson Square by the acclaimed architect firm, COOKFOX, and developer Jeff Greene.
The evening started with a frolicking pre-show fashion cocktail event featuring live painting by Lady Jday, a Smashbox Cosmetics touch-up room, fresh Vandam popcorn made on-site, art curation by Mike Raz and Gallery 23 NY, music by Marco Verde, a Bon Bon candy experience, and viral candy art by Reed Navarro.

Inspired by Vandams’ three distinct collections; Historic, Tower, and Penthouse, we set out to do something different with this launch; something eclectic, chic, and daring just like the building itself. So what better way than to introduce Vandam and its collections to the world than during NYFW hosting one of our absolute favorite designers, Christian Cowan, who truly embodies all of the above in every way”.

It’s really brought the space to life, and with Hudson Square becoming the ultimate intersection of fashion, art, technology, and culture, seeing this collaboration play out in real time was incredibly surreal. Later in the evening, Christian Cowan presented a colorful show that combined his resort and spring collections in the port cochere garage of 100 Vandam, the chic new condo development that is already drawing in crowds before even hitting the market.
